the room was very clean and had everything i needed. instructions on how to get there and into the building were crystal clear. parking was on the street, but i did find a spot. there were also instructions about other streets for parking.
the en-suite bathroom had a bad smell, it was very unhealthy. i slept with the window open all night because of the smell. the road noise was bad, but i preferred it over the smell.

the location was acceptable, permitting a walk to the city centre.
The cleanliness was far from ideal. I found black mold in the shower. this mold caused a musty smell to permeate the entire room. it created an unhealthy environment where i felt sick after just one night.

the room was clean with facilities as described.
The kettle was small. It barely made half a cup of tea (and i like a big cuppa). when i tried to refill it, the kettle refused to work, i had to wait half an hour. the bed was also uncomfortable. I could feel the springs digging into my back all night.

The room was comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were available. Access to the room is through a gated communal alley-way and back gate. A lock-box held the keys. The location is very convenient for the train station and the National Railway Museum.
Accessing the shower requires going to the front of the house, not the rear door, that was a slight inconvenience.
